Boecker wins 2018 best food safety award

The Middle East’s Public Health Company Boecker has been announced the winner of the best food safety training provider for 2018

The Ministry of external affairs (MEA) Markets Awards is launched to bring recognition and exposure to firms in the Middle East.

Boecker was selected after an in-depth nomination, voting and judging process by global industry experts and in-house team.

The company is a leading player in the Food Safety Department in the Middle East, with a large number of full-time professional, certified consultants across more than eight branches. It provides training to about 10,000 food handlers every year, using audio-visual and interactive methods.

“These trainings aim at providing food establishment workers with the knowledge and expertise to safeguard the business’ reputation,” said the company to the press.

Boecker has contributed in writing some of the region’s food safety laws and legislation, to be at the forefront of the advocacy for simpler and more effective food safety laws throughout the Middle East.
